Return/ Refund Policy

We will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 12 days of the purchase date products must be in its original unopened and unused.

There are no refunds, exchanges or credits if a claim is not made within 12 days from purchase. (MediDermic skin care clinic has a ‘no refund’ policy on any purchases if you simply change your mind.)
We will exchange or give a credit if an order is shipped in error or damage.

We will offer a credit or exchange in the case of an adverse reaction. When returning your products please enclose full order details, receipt of purchase and full description of the reaction you experienced. We highly recommend to have a free consultation before purchasing the products.

If a parcel is lost in transit we will assist you to deal with the relevant shipping company, however, once the parcel has been dispatched it can no longer be our responsibility and we will not refund, give a credit or replace the lost item.

Please feel free to return the product for a refund. We cannot refund or exchange for a product that does not arrive. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Medidermic skin care clinic is not responsible of the shipping refunds and exchange (exemption faulty products and wrong item delivered)
Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
