With 15 years of experience as a GP in overseas, Hamid has a vision to have a medical approach in the skin care industry. His passion leads him to purchase Lotus Spa Clinic in 2017 and he changed the name to MediDermic. Transitioning from Spa to equipping latest medical-grade facilities in skin care clinic industry, allowed him to offer the best service possible to clients.
Hamid’s motivation comes from his twin son and daughter and his wife Masy. His values are to to give the best service to clients, improve customer’s experience he is consistently finding ways to improve his facilities.
Dermal Clinician – Laser Specialist
Coming to MediDermic with 20 years of industry experience Christopher holds a Bachelor of Health Science from Victoria University, a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology and a Diploma of Beauty Therapy. Throughout Christopher’s career he has developed advanced knowledge in aesthetic procedures, cosmetic chemistry, photo-therapies including IPL & LASER, skin resurfacing procedures, chemical peeling and body treatments.
He is also a clinical educator and has returned to Victoria University to lecture and tutor undergraduate degree students. Christopher is experienced in the management of complex skin conditions in a medical environment and has also mastered the art of European facials in the luxury SPA market. His particular areas of interest are acne and acne scarring.
Dermal Clinician/Laser Therapist
Having been with us for the last 16 years Shahnoush is one of our most valued and beloved members who thrives on providing quality service to all of her clients. Shahnoush was a beautician for a number of years prior to obtaining a bachelor degree in Health Sciences from Victoria University in 2014.
Shahnoush specialises in skin rejuvenation Fotona 4D, laser eyelift, Ultherapy Hifu ,Radio Frequency treatments, Facials, Chemical peels, Laser hair removal and Skin Needling as well as having an extensive knowledge of skin care products such as Dermaceutic, Aspect Dr. and Cosmedix.
With this experience, Shahnoush has built a widespread clientele and has created many professional friendships with her clients who keep coming back for her services.
Dermal Therapist/ Laser Therapist
May has been working in the industry for more than 16 years and has had extensive experience providing quality service. She has worked with dermatologists and cosmetic physicians for the past 9 years.
May is passionate about all aspects of skin health and takes a lot of pride in her work to help her clients achieve their skin goals. She helps clients improve their skin conditions by recommending personalised treatment plans with the use of cosmeceutical brands.
She is particularly interested in skin rejuvenation, Fotona laser treatments, acne/pigmentation treatments, skin needling, Ultherapy Hifu chemical peels and skin tightening.
Cosmetic Nurse, RN
Trained as a registered nurse and working in oncology and orthopaedic units in hospitals, Katrina knows the importance of making her patients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. She has long transitioned to working as a cosmetic aesthetician and has provided supportive treatment for men, women, and teenagers for 15 years.
Before any treatment, Katrina makes sure to get to know her patients and discuss their skin issues and what they hope to achieve. She is a firm believer that there is no one size fits all when it comes to cosmetic treatments, that’s why she offers treatments that are specifically suited to her client’s needs. She always aims for a “refreshed” look with delicate adjustments and treatments for a more natural outcome.

After completing her accredited training in Melbourne, she continued her quest in South Korea. Being in the epicentre of cosmetic tattooing in the world, Honie trained with various award-winning master cosmetic tattooists in the country.
Her experience in Melbourne and South Korea gave Honie a deep understanding of the different approaches to aesthetics and beauty of Asian and Western skin.

Dr. Hamid Ravanbod, is a graduate of La Trobe University Melbourne. He has several postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in medical fields.
His practice includes all aspects of podiatry including Sports Medicine, Orthotics, General nail and skin care.

Caroline has expertise in helping people with their skin concerns through a combination of at-home skin care, in clinic treatments and a holistic approach. She focuses on skin improvement treatments and non-surgical skin treatments and products to assist clients with acute or chronic skin conditions.
With 20 plus years of experience, Caroline has extensive knowledge on how the skin can be impacted and how to help you look at your skin and your skin health as well as which products will actually work for you and which ones are a waste of money. She specialises in Fotona laser treatments, skin needling, facial treatments and chemical peels.
