Such a professional and caring team – they really take the time to listen and make you feel comfortable. Their advice is genuine, and with my very complex skin it was amazing to finally see real results. I’m now doing regular skin needling and LED light treatments, and I’ve also had the incredible Fractional Rejuvenation. They even helped my teenage son with his acne, and he’s now so much happier and more confident. Thank you all at the MediDermic!

I had the needling treatment along with a focus on my neck, and I’m genuinely happy with the results. One of the most noticeable improvements has been the reduction of a childhood scar on my face; it’s much less visible now, which I’m thrilled about.

I was treated by May, who was absolutely amazing. She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and insightful with her suggestions and recommendations. She put together a treatment plan to target certain areas of my face.

The owner is lovely and patient, she took the time to answer all my questions and help me understand the different procedures and how they could support my skin goals.

I’ve already purchased another package and am really looking forward to going back. This time, I’ll be targeting pore refinement, skin texture, and continuing with the needling to boost collagen production and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Highly recommend!

I’m so happy I found MediDermic Templestowe. From my first visit, I knew I was in good hands with Shanoush. I went for a Fotona appointment and the results were amazing even after one treatment. The difference with this clinic is that it’s not like a typical chain group where you could have a different therapist every time, the care is personal. Shanoush has provided such sound advice for my skin and aging concerns, I know I’ve found the right clinician to work with long term to help me feel good in my skin as I’m aging. Honestly, this is not a place where money making is the objective. These ladies genuinely care about their clients, you feel welcome from the first visit and by the second you feel like family. And the best part is they really know what they’re doing and that reflects in the results.
