1. Booking & Clients
- A redeemable deposit is required to confirm bookings.
- All new clients must attend a consultation (tele or in-person consultation) before beginning treatments.
- Existing clients may book follow-up treatments directly, subject to therapist availability.
2. Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling appointments.
- Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a deduction from pre-paid packages.
- Reminder SMS messages are provided as a courtesy; however, attending your appointment remains your responsibility.
3. Medical Disclaimer
- All treatments are non-surgical cosmetic procedures and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
- Individual results vary. MediDermic does not guarantee outcomes.
- Some treatments may require medical clearance prior to proceeding.
4. Refunds, Returns & Expiration
- Refunds are not available for change of mind, relocation, moving overseas, or finding lower prices elsewhere. Refunds or exchanges are only provided as required under Australian Consumer Law.
- If a refund or exchange is approved, services already redeemed will be charged at the full single-treatment price, not the discounted package price.
- All pre-paid packages and gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
- Promotional vouchers may carry shorter validity periods, clearly stated at the time of issue.
- Expired vouchers or packages cannot be extended unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
- Packages are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

- Pre-payment is required to secure discounted package prices.
- MediDermic reserves the right to refuse service if a client is unsuitable for treatment.
- Prices, services, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
