Terms & Conditions

For all sales and promotions offered and advertised by MediDermic, the following terms and conditions apply:

1. Promotions exclude skincare products, cosmetic injectables, and any doctor or nurse services.
2. All promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
3. Any prepaid package is non-refundable.
4. Treatments purchased in a package are not to be used by more than one person.
5. Offers may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Treatments within the treatment packages cannot be exchanged for other treatments.
7. Individual results may vary and may depend on a variety of factors.
8. Staff at MediDermic reserves the right to refuse treatment entirely at their discretion if deemed unsuitable.

Pre-Pay Treatments

By purchasing pre-pay treatments, customers agree to these conditions:

1. Pre-pays are non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals or treatment areas.
2. Pre-pay treatments have a 12-month expiry.
3. Cancellations for pre-pay treatments must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Treatment will be forfeited if the notice is given less than 48 hours or if the customer did not arrive for the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

• Medidermic must be given notice at least 48 hours prior if the customer will not be able to make it to their appointment.
• Medidermic reserves the right to retain the $50 deposit if the notice is given less than 48 hours and Medidermic is unable to fill the time slot reserved for the treatment.
• The treatment session will be forfeited in the case of pre-pay treatments.

Return/Refund Policy

• Medidermic has a strict no-refund policy on purchases including, but not limited to all prepaid programs, whether they are paid partially or in full.
• Medidermic, however, will refund where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law for faulty products or services.
• Medidermic does not refund for change of mind.
• Deposits paid for cosmetic injectable treatments are non-refundable but can be redeemed on the day of the scheduled appointment.

Expiration Policy

• Expiry dates apply for pre-pay treatments or vouchers.
• All pre-pay packages and gift vouchers have a 12-month validity from the date of purchase.
• Pre-payment is required to validate the discounted price.

Refer A Friend

• The referred friend must be a new client to MediDermic for the offer to be valid.
• The referrer will receive $50 off a treatment when they refer a friend to MediDermic.
• The referred friend will also receive $50 off their first treatment at MediDermic.
• The $50 credit cannot be used on Cosmetic Injections, Cosmetic Tattoo, products, or gift vouchers and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.
• The $50 credit can only be applied to treatments of $150 or more in a single transaction at full price.
• The referrer must redeem their $50 credit within three months of the new client’s first visit.
• The referred friend’s credit has a 3-month expiry from the date of their first visit.
• Standard terms and conditions apply for cancellations and refunds.
• The offer must be mentioned, and the friend’s name provided at the time of booking to redeem the credit.
• There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer, and multiple $50 credits can be earned, but only one credit can be redeemed per transaction.
• The $50 credit can only be redeemed in a single visit and cannot be accumulated.
• To qualify for the Refer a Friend program, the referred friend must make a minimum transaction of $200.
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• MediDermic reserves the right to verify the eligibility of referred friends and referrers.
• The Refer a Friend program is subject to change or termination at the discretion of MediDermic.
