I have tried different range of skin treatments at MediDermic skin clinic since 5 years ago and have always been fully satisfied with both the experience and the result. After only 6 laser hair removal sessions I have noticed major hair reduction. I have never seen results even close to that in other clinics.
I have also tried 4 combined sessions including skin needling and RF for skin tightening and have seen great result every session.
The manager at MediDermic — Massy — and her amazing team particularly Shahnoush offer a professional, high quality service every single time providing clients with expert advice and care, considering each individual skin condition and needs.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional skin treatments.

I’ve experienced several treatments at MediDermic, and I have to say I’m absolutely delighted with the results. A few of the treatments I’ve had include:

I’ve been coming to Medidermic for years, and I recently completed my fourth skin needling session. I couldn’t be happier with the results. My skin tone looks much more even, has a beautiful glow, and I’ve been getting so many compliments on how healthy it looks.

The quality of the products they use is outstanding, and I really appreciate that they finish each skin needling treatment with a soothing face mask. It calms my skin beautifully and makes the whole experience feel so relaxing and luxurious.

Medidermic uses incredible, state-of-the-art equipment. I'm delighted with my experience: May, my therapist, treats me with great care and always explains each part of the procedure so I know what to expect. I'm doing Fotona 4D — after 3 sessions I already see results; my skin looks beautiful.

I got a dermatitis condition but May listens and tailors the treatment so it doesn't affect me. The sessions are very enjoyable and the place is lovely, calm, and super clean. It's clear they don't just try to sell you anything, but genuinely offer what you need.

Although beauty treatment costs in Australia can be out of reach for many, Medidermic makes an effort to offer more moderate pricing while maintaining superior quality. I travel over an hour for my appointments and don't regret it — I plan to continue with them for many years. Highly recommended. They also have parking.

My experience with MediDermic was absolutely fantastic! The staff are very friendly, courteous and exceptionally professional! The team collaboration impressed me.
On my initial consult, they explained on what type of treatment you should need after assessed by the beautician.
Based on my skin and face problem they customised a program for me. I had upper face Ultherapy a month ago and my 2nd Fotona treatment last week. Both the results are significant. My drooping eye got improved a bit couple of weeks after upper face Ultherapy treatment which, usually the result comes out in 4-6months.
Fotona, with no complaints, I love it! After the second treatment I saw the side of my lips are lifted. The lines around the area are less visible.
I did not experience any severe pain and discomfort thought the treatment.
Highly recommend MediDermic.

Such a professional and caring team – they really take the time to listen and make you feel comfortable. Their advice is genuine, and with my very complex skin it was amazing to finally see real results. I’m now doing regular skin needling and LED light treatments, and I’ve also had the incredible Fractional Rejuvenation. They even helped my teenage son with his acne, and he’s now so much happier and more confident. Thank you all at the MediDermic!

I had the needling treatment along with a focus on my neck, and I’m genuinely happy with the results. One of the most noticeable improvements has been the reduction of a childhood scar on my face; it’s much less visible now, which I’m thrilled about.

I was treated by May, who was absolutely amazing. She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and insightful with her suggestions and recommendations. She put together a treatment plan to target certain areas of my face.

The owner is lovely and patient, she took the time to answer all my questions and help me understand the different procedures and how they could support my skin goals.

I’ve already purchased another package and am really looking forward to going back. This time, I’ll be targeting pore refinement, skin texture, and continuing with the needling to boost collagen production and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Highly recommend!

I’m so happy I found MediDermic Templestowe. From my first visit, I knew I was in good hands with Shanoush. I went for a Fotona appointment and the results were amazing even after one treatment. The difference with this clinic is that it’s not like a typical chain group where you could have a different therapist every time, the care is personal. Shanoush has provided such sound advice for my skin and aging concerns, I know I’ve found the right clinician to work with long term to help me feel good in my skin as I’m aging. Honestly, this is not a place where money making is the objective. These ladies genuinely care about their clients, you feel welcome from the first visit and by the second you feel like family. And the best part is they really know what they’re doing and that reflects in the results.
